This is an area of surgery that covers surgical procedures in the intimate female area; surgery of the labia, the vagina and in the area of the mons veneris with the aim to eliminate malfunctions or to compensate aesthetic deficits. Medical studies show that 30-40 % of all women are not satisfied with their intimate area. In a rising number of cases this leads to a massive psychological stress or problems in their sex life.

Functional defects in the private area are becoming more and more numerous. Some variations of labia cause pain during sports activities or during sexual intercourse. A regular birth can lead to an over-expanded vagina which in many cases is necessary to feel no desire during the sexual intercourse. These are restrictions, which self-confident women should not accept today!
